Information Regarding Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can do so via email: support@atelierlupen.com

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

• for the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations;

• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery;

• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

• for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal was broken after delivery.
