What is the delivery time?

Delivery consists of two stages:

1. Processing time

Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping time

Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping is handled by Canada Post

All shipping times exclude potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, delivery times may be longer.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

Once shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

My tracking number isn’t working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
